Planning your Coin budget

Transparent pricing only works if you plan ahead. Here is how to map your Coins to the renders that matter most.

Planning your Coin budget

Every generation costs Coins, and ACTIE shows the cost before you confirm it. Images and each second of video cost different amounts. Before you start creating, decide which outputs are essential and which are nice-to-have.

Prioritise the hero moments

Spend your Coins on the shots and scenes that carry your story — the opening, the turning point, the ending. Filler and variations can come later, once the core is locked.

Iterate in small steps

Break the video down into shots. Be specific about the angle/perspective of shot.

Watch your balance as you go

  • Check your Coin balance before each major render.
  • Use Quick Create for fast experiments before committing to Auto-Director.
  • In Auto-Director, set an optional budget limit for the whole film on the Idea screen.
  • Buy the Coin pack that matches your project size, not the one you hope to grow into.

A planned budget is a creative advantage. When you know what you can spend, you can spend it on the things that actually move your film forward.
